Job Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Conduct usability testing
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from high level information architecture (from flowcharts to wireframes) through concept to final hand to engineering design for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Create wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create prototypes in Axure and/or comparable interaction applications.

Skills/Competencies Required:




- Excellence in both UX and UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in interaction design and wireframes and ability to create creative solutions
- Proficiency in Axure or comparable application for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-centered design interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience working within interactive design mediums including websites and mobile applications
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present a portfolio of industry examples illustrating step-by- step solutions to project requirements
