Core Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions, taking ownership from initial outreach to final placement.

- Source, screen, and qualify top technical talent to proactively build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.

- Drive candidate engagement by seamlessly handling submissions, interview coordination, and comprehensive follow-ups.

- Collaborate closely with account managers and fellow recruiters to align top talent with the right opportunities and achieve team targets.

Required Skills

- Must have hands-on experience recruiting for US State, Local,



or Government IT contracts.

- Experience with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire recruitment.

- Strong understanding of W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) hiring models.

- Well-versed in various US visa and work authorization types.

- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and ATS such as Dice, Monster, JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), and similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.

Note:

Solid preference is given to recruiters with hands-on experience in government IT, VMS-based requirements, or public-sector staffing.
