You will source top tech and IT talent for US clients using advanced techniques, with flexibility for night shifts to align with US time zones. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Premium tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced candidate searches on LinkedIn using Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Premium features like Talent Insights, Open Profile filters, and Spotlights.
- Collaborate with recruiters to qualify profiles, shortlist 50+ candidates daily, and maintain ATS records for high-volume US staffing projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2-8 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, or RPO.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing: Boolean logic.
- Excellent English communication; ability to work US night shifts with high energy.
