Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and productive payroll processing. The role involves managing payroll operations, auditing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and generating payroll reports while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.





Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions
- Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations
- Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for payroll-related queries

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with payroll/HRIS systems
- Experience with Dayforce ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in payroll audits and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (Preferred)
