Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for IT positions across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US staffing process and be willing to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities involved in the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Work on Contract and Full-Time IT positions.
- Gain and apply knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Understand and verify basic US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, TN, and OPT.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and achieve hiring targets.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
- Basic to good understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar portals.
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time hiring.
- Basic knowledge of US work authorization types.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with Direct Clients or Implementation Partners.
- Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, SAP, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Microsoft Technologies.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment tracking.
- Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
