Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying and coordinating IT professionals for US-based clients and requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of US IT staffing, technical recruitment, Boolean search, US work authorizations, employment types and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch and internal databases.
- Use effective Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability and client requirements.
- Verify and understand candidates' US work authorization such as H1B, H1B Transfer, Green Card, EAD, OPT, CPT and US Citizen.
- Understand employment types such as W2, C2C and 1099.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication and technical relevance.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.




- Negotiate rates/salary within approved client budgets where applicable.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers and joinings.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams and clients to understand hiring priorities.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Technical Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of technical positions such as:
- Java
- .NET
- Python
- Full Stack
- DevOps
- AWS / Azure
- Data Engineering
- QA / Automation
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster or similar.
- Understanding of US work authorization and employment types.
- Good candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a US shift.
- Good negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.




- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors.
- Experience with contract and permanent US IT hiring.
- Experience with W2 / C2C requirements.
- Experience handling niche IT requirements.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong submission-to-interview conversion track record.

Compensation CTC: ₹3.0–3.5 LPA

Up to ₹4 LPA for candidates with strong US IT recruitment experience, proven closures, direct-client/Tier-1 vendor exposure and excellent technical sourcing skills.
