- 1–3 years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing

- Hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment

- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels

- Experience recruiting for Construction and/or Manufacturing roles

- Excellent candidate engagement and communication skills

- Good understanding of the US staffing market and recruitment process

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment

- Positive attitude with a robust desire to learn, grow, and succeed
