Shift: Night Shift (EST Shift) 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Work Days: 5 Days Working (Monday Friday, Fixed Weekend Off)

Job Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end US IT & Engineering recruitment, focusing heavily on Permanent Hiring (Full-Time Direct Hire) for critical business mandates.
- Lead by example as a senior individual contributor, independently managing complex, niche, and high-margin technical requirements.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies (Deep Web Sourcing, Boolean X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and key US job portals) to target passive talent.
- Conduct rigorous technical evaluations and candidate screenings to ensure high submission to-interview conversion rates.
- Execute high-touch candidate engagement, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and closing procedures aligned with US market standards.
- Maintain deep functional knowledge of US employment authorization types (USC, GC, H1B transfers)



and compliant permanent placement practices.

Candidate Profile

- 8 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in US Staffing, specifically driving Permanent

Hiring.

- Specialized expertise in sourcing and closing Core Engineering roles, including Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Hardware, Embedded Systems, and DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
- Prior background working with premier US staffing agencies or Tier-1/Tier-2 vendors (e.g., Collabera, Randstad Digital/RTech, Insight Global, Apex Systems, or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong US market business acumen.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding individual revenue and placement targets.
