? Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.

This role requires excellent sourcing skills, attention to detail, strong candidate communication, and the ability to consistently meet daily recruitment targets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand assigned US IT requirements , including technical skills, experience, location, visa/work authorization, rate, and other client-specific requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Screen resumes thoroughly and ensure candidates closely match the job requirements before submission.
- Contact candidates to confirm their:
- Interest in the opportunity
- Availability
- Current location
- Visa/work authorization status
- Relevant experience
- Expected rate
- Maintain a strong and updated candidate pipeline/database for current and future requirements.




- Focus on quality profiles and successful submissions rather than simply generating high resume volume.
- Follow up regularly with candidates regarding submissions, interviews, feedback, availability, and next steps.
- Coordinate closely with the Recruitment and Business Development teams and provide timely candidate-status updates.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports , including requirements worked, profiles sourced, candidates contacted, submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and consistently work toward daily and weekly recruitment targets .
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

✅ Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment .
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruiting and staffing processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Dice .
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good understanding of US work authorization/visa categories .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality submissions and consistent performance .
