Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US time zones)

Experience: 6 Months to 4+ Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 Months to 4+ Years of US IT recruitment (6 Months with strong interest may also apply)
- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices & IT job roles
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
