Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our US Recruitment team. This is an excellent chance for candidates who are eager to build a career in US Staffing and Recruitment. You will receive training and work closely with experienced professionals to source, screen, and recruit top talent for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Learn and stay updated with recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Education: B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering) only.
- Experience: Freshers only (No prior experience required).
- Graduation Year: 2025 or 2026 only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and eagerness to learn recruitment tools.
