- Operate and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
- Monitor AHU, FCU, Chiller, Pumps, Cooling Tower and related equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance.
- Monitor temperature, pressure and equipment operating conditions.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and site requirements.
Requirements:
- Good practical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Experience in commercial buildings / facility management is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
