Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment.( Contract / Contract to Hire roles)Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Required Skills
Min 7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.( Team Lead)
Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing.
Strong understanding of Domestic IT Recruitment.
Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
