URGENT HIRING BDE | B2C Field Sales | Client Acquisition

We are hiring for a Business Development Executive (BDE) role with a leading security services company.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Interview: Face-to-Face

Role: BDE Open Market / Client Acquisition

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or 15Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through open market visits, references, events and networking
- Acquire new B2C customers / clients
- Drive direct field sales and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 10 years of B2C / Field Sales experience
- Solid open-market sales and client acquisition experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Experience in Consumer Durables, Telecom, Fintech, EdTech, Home Security or related industries preferred
