We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team for an International US Chat Process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in US Chat Process
- Robust leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling International Processes/Clients
- Strong team handling and performance management skills
- BPO/Contact Centre experience is mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team to achieve defined operational and performance targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure process compliance.

Location: Noida Sector 60 Work Mode: Work From Office

Shifts : 24*7 Shifts with No cabs

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Salary: Up to 6.8 LPA + Unlimited Incentives
