Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Ultrasound Technician / Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using appropriate imaging equipment. The candidate will work closely with Radiologists and Doctors to ensure high-quality imaging, accurate patient preparation, proper documentation, and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities Perform ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the Radiologist/Doctor.Prepare patients and explain the ultrasound procedure clearly. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently. Obtain high-quality diagnostic images according to established protocols.

Assist

Radiologists/Doctors during ultrasound procedures when required.Ensure correct patient identification and examination documentation.



Report equipment problems or technical issues to the concerned department.Ensure the ultrasound room and equipment are clean and ready for use.Handle patients professionally, including elderly, pediatric, emergency, and pregnant patients.

Required

QualificationsDiploma / Degree / recognized qualification in Medical Radiology / Diagnostic Medical Sonography / Ultrasound Technology or relevant field. Relevant certification/registration as applicable under local regulations. Good knowledge of ultrasound equipment and imaging procedures.Basic understanding of human anatomy and diagnostic imaging. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with abdominal, pelvic, obstetric and basic small-parts ultrasound examinations.Ability to work effectively with Radiologists and clinical teams.Good patient-handling skills.Attention to detail and image-quality standards. Ability to work in a busy hospital/diagnostic-centre workplace.Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
