- Client & Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define exact role needs and technical requirements.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically targeting the UK market.

- Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of tech stacks, software development, cloud computing, and data roles.

- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
