Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging interfaces for XPool’s web and mobile applications in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, and translating product requirements into transparent, user-centered designs. The role involves developing interactive prototypes, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and refining designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

The designer will work closely with front-end developers to ensure visual design and interaction patterns are implemented accurately.



This position also includes maintaining design consistency across platforms and contributing to the overall design system and brand experience.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including creating mockups and establishing consistent UI patterns.
- Proficiency in user experience design (UED), including user flows, wireframes, and interaction design.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to build and test interactive product concepts.
- Understanding of front-end development fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Relevant experience designing for mobile and web apps, ideally within consumer-facing or mobility products.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research methods, and applying insights to iterate on designs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from problem definition through final implementation.
