- Education: Bachelors degree in design or Interaction Design or Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, with a solid track record inside a reputable design studio, creative agency, or high-velocity product consultancy.
- Portfolio Depth: Solid case studies demonstrating end-to-end design craft, complex information architecture, crisp typography, and design systems across at least two target domains (Automotive, Life Sciences, FinTech, Ecommerce, Enterprise SaaS).
- Tooling Mastery:
- Expert level command of Figma
- Active, hands-on integration of AI-assisted design tools into your daily creative and prototyping workflows.
- Experience with motion design will be an advantage
