- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Design UI elements and components that are reusable and scalable
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites/applications look and function
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects demonstrating your design thinking and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
- Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design
- Robust visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
