Position: UI/UX Designer /n Location: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals Preferred) /n Employment Type: Contract basis /n About the Role /n We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform. /n You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators. /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform

/n

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

/n

- Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panels

/n

- Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components

/n

- Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web

/n

- Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences

/n





- Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation

/n

- Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency

- Figma

- Wireframing and prototyping

- SaaS / enterprise dashboard design

- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles

- 3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience

- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2B products preferred

- Solid portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications
