Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI Designer with 3 years of hands-on experience in visual and interface design for web and mobile products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a solid grasp of design systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive, and visually consistent interfaces.

Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other regulated digital platforms will be an advantage, as financial products often require simplified journeys, strong trust signals, and alignment with privacy, security, and accessibility expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean, intuitive, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications used in lending, onboarding, customer servicing, collections, or internal operations.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and pixel-perfect UI screens based on approved wireframes and user flows using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Translate complex financial processes into simple, visually transparent, and easy-to-navigate screen designs.
- Build and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and style guides to ensure visual consistency across products.
- Apply responsive design principles and accessibility best practices to ensure usability across devices and user groups.




- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Prepare design assets, icons, illustrations, and specifications for smooth developer handoff.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 3 years of relevant experience in UI Design for web or mobile products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles – typography, color theory, layout, grid systems, and iconography.
- Good working knowledge of design systems, UI component libraries, and style guides.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for smooth developer handoff and design feasibility.
- Ability to design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual consistency and polish. .

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH) Working Hours - 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
