Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and software applications.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved designs.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills




- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
- Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Ability to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience designing web and desktop applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development will be an advantage.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
