About the Role

HL Tech India Private Limited is looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with strong designing skills and hands-on experience in designing web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of modern UI/UX principles, strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design up-to-date, clean, and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components,



and UI guidelines.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis when required.
- Improve existing designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and usability considerations.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and overall visual hierarchy.
- Prepare developer-ready designs and provide necessary design specifications and assets.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
- Excellent knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Design Thinking, and usability principles.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of layouts, grids, typography, color theory,

Pay: ₹8,000.86 - ₹10,000.37 per month
