As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, clean, and engaging experiences across Dcluttr. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to turn complex data, workflows, and AI-powered features into experiences that are simple and easy to use.

Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across Dcluttr’s web and mobile applications
- Own the design process from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Design dashboards, analytics views, reports, and data-heavy product experiences
- Simplify complex workflows and large amounts of information into clear and intuitive interfaces
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from ideation through development and launch
- Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and consistent UI patterns
- Design experiences for AI-powered features, including AI agents, recommendations, and conversational interfaces
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to continuously improve the product
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure consistency and quality




- Take ownership of the overall user experience and continuously identify opportunities to improve the product

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Solid attention to detail and ability to think through different user scenarios and edge cases
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- (Optional) Experience designing SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products
- (Optional) Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces
