Next Door is a next-generation real estate advisory platform helping homebuyers make better property decisions through verified options, transparent information and personalised guidance.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who is curious about how people interact with digital products and enjoys turning ideas into simple, intuitive experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing and improving UI/UX for Next Door’s website and digital products
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs
- Work on website pages, landing pages and product interfaces
- Understand user requirements and translate them into simple design solutions
- Create and maintain design systems, components and reusable UI elements
- Collaborate with the marketing, content and development teams
- Conduct basic competitor and user research to understand design patterns and user behaviour
- Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas
- Make design iterations based on feedback and usability requirements
- Ensure designs are responsive and work across desktop and mobile screens
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals
- Proficiency in Figma is preferred
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping and user flows
- Good sense of typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into clear designs
- Curious mindset with an interest in digital products and user behaviour
- Valuable communication and willingness to learn
- A portfolio, college project or sample UI/UX work is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of responsive design
- Knowledge of design systems and components
- Familiarity with usability testing or user research
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Interest in real estate, proptech or consumer-facing digital products
