Role Description The UGC Content Creator is a full-time, remote role responsible for producing authentic, engaging user-generated content that supports PPStack’s education, career, and digital branding offerings. In this role, the individual will plan and create short-form videos, social posts, and visuals that showcase learner experiences, course outcomes, and brand stories across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas with the marketing and product teams, scripting and recording UGC-style content, editing and optimizing assets for different channels, and aligning messaging with campaign goals.

The UGC Content Creator will monitor trends in EdTech, AI,



and career development, incorporate best practices for audience engagement, and track performance metrics to refine content strategies. Collaboration with designers, educators, and community managers will be essential to ensure content is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with PPStack’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in short-form video creation, on-camera presentation, and basic video editing for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience in social media content creation, community engagement, and understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends.
- Ability to plan, script, and storyboard UGC-style content that communicates educational value, learner journeys, and brand messaging clearly.
- Proficiency in visual storytelling tools and apps (e.g., mobile editing tools, Canva, basic design software) to produce polished, on-brand content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for learners, professionals, and corporate audiences.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines independently, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
- Familiarity or interest in EdTech, AI, data, and digital skills domains; prior experience creating content in education or career coaching contexts is a plus.
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics to iterate and improve campaigns based on audience insights.
