Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tr@vel S@les Agent role based in Noida. The Tr@vel S@les Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S. customers, assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries, and provide accurate information on fares, schedules, and policies. Daily responsibilities include recommending suitable travel options, processing payments, and documenting all interactions in the system while meeting quality and sales targets.

The role requires following compliance and security guidelines, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and coordinating with internal teams when needed.



The agent will work in rotating shifts aligned with U.S. time zones and is expected to maintain professional conduct and a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional customer interaction.
- Sales and persuasion abilities, with experience or interest in upselling, cross-selling, and meeting performance targets.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and manage high call volumes.
- Basic computer proficiency, including working with CRM or call center tools, email, and online booking platforms.
- Prior experience in travel, BPO, or customer support environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and in rotational shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further relevant education is an advantage.
