Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves advising clients on suitable travel options, preparing customized itineraries, and handling complete travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transfers. The consultant will manage reservations, process bookings, and ensure accurate documentation and payment handling.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and vendor offerings.



The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and travel partners to deliver smooth and reliable travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and coordinate end-to-end travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Reservations, including the use of booking platforms, GDS systems, and accurate record-keeping.
- Relevant experience in travel sales or agency operations, preferably in leisure or corporate travel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work toward sales and service targets.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa requirements, and basic travel regulations; familiarity with sustainable tourism is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
