Trusted Trails is looking for energetic and sales-driven freshers to join our Travel Advisor team. The role involves handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending packages, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels .
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets .
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
- Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive booking experience.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills .
- Strong interest in sales and travel .
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment .
- Must be willing to work on-site in Noida .
