​We are seeking a detail-oriented, passionate, and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as a personal travel consultant, curating tailored travel experiences, designing custom itineraries, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional service to our clients from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Client Consultation & Itinerary Design
- ​Conduct detailed consultations to understand client preferences, budget, interests, and travel expectations.
- ​Research, design, and present customized flight, hotel, transportation, tour, and activity itineraries.
- ​Booking & Supplier Management
- ​Reserve flights, accommodation, private transfers, travel insurance, guided tours, and restaurant reservations.
- ​Coordinate with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, and boutique suppliers.
- ​Negotiate VIP amenities, upgrades,



and competitive pricing for clients.
- ​Customer Service & Operations
- ​Provide clients with comprehensive pre-departure packets, including travel documents, visa requirements, entry guidelines, and personalized tips.
- ​Handle mid-trip itinerary modifications, unexpected disruptions, delays, or emergency support as needed.
- ​Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel regulations, health guidelines, and visa policies.
- ​Sales & Business Development
- ​Process client payments, send invoices, and ensure compliance with booking deadlines and cancellation policies.
- ​Follow up with prospective leads, build long-term client relationships, and encourage repeat business and referrals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
