Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update vehicle and driver records.

- Manage fleet-related documentation, including vehicle, driver, insurance, MOT, and compliance records.

- Track vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

- Monitor expiry dates of important documents and ensure timely renewals.

- Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle-related requirements and documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle allocation, availability, and status.

- Assist with daily fleet planning and administrative activities.

- Record and update vehicle mileage, fuel information, and maintenance details.

- Coordinate with garages, service providers, and other relevant parties when required.

- Prepare regular fleet reports and update internal spreadsheets/systems.

- Ensure all fleet information is accurate and up to date.

- Escalate vehicle, driver, or documentation issues to the appropriate team.

- Follow company procedures and applicable fleet compliance requirements.

- Support the Fleet/Operations team with other administrative tasks as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.

- Good attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Previous experience in fleet administration, logistics, transportation, or operations will be an advantage.

- Good written and spoken English.

Employment Terms

- Probation Period: 3 Months

- Working Hours: 9 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break

- Total Shift Duration: 10 Hours including break

- Shift Timing: To be decided as per business requirements

- Cabs: Not Provided

- Increment: Yearly, subject to company policy and performance

- Holidays: As per company policy

- Location: 67 Mohali, ITC 3, SAS Nagar, Ably Soft Building

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
