Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Operations role based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating and scheduling corporate training programs, managing training labs and classroom logistics, and ensuring all technical infrastructure is prepared for each session.

The Training

Operations professional will work closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams to confirm requirements, track attendance, and support quality delivery of technology trainings. Daily tasks include monitoring training calendars, overseeing pre and post-assessment processes, maintaining records and reports, and addressing operational issues promptly.



The role also includes supporting client communication related to training operations and contributing to continuous improvement of training processes and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for handling training data, assessments, and operational reports.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage training schedules, lab utilization, and in office logistics.
- Relevant experience in corporate training operations, education services, or technology training environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and learning management or scheduling systems is preferred.
