We are hiring an experienced Training Coordinator & Counselor to drive our technical training programs. You will visit engineering and polytechnic colleges, deliver presentations, build partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and counsel students on industrial skill development.
Key Responsibilities: Institutional Tie-ups: Partner with college TPOs, HODs, and Deans to finalize training program agreements. Seminars & Presentations: Conduct interactive seminars and workshops on college campuses.
Student Counseling: Guide students through 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions regarding technical skills and industry demands.
Lead Conversion: Convert student inquiries from campus visits into active training enrollments.
Execution: Plan and manage college visit schedules, seminars, and training calendars.
Key Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in College Sales, Educational Counseling, Institutional BD, or Training Coordination. Solid public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to college campuses across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions. Proven ability to connect and negotiate with college decision-makers.
