Role Description The Trainer – HTML, CSS, JavaScript & React will deliver instructor-led training sessions to learners at the Hyderabad campus, focusing on front-end web development technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. This full-time, in office role includes planning and structuring course content, preparing practical examples and projects, and conducting interactive classes, labs, and workshops. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students through doubts clarification sessions, assignments, and real-time project guidance.





The role also involves updating training materials to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with other trainers and coordinators, and contributing to placement support activities through interview preparation and skill-building sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design, with the ability to explain core concepts clearly and practically.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and modern tooling (npm, build tools).
- Practical experience with React (components, hooks, state management, routing) and integration with RESTful APIs.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom or lab facilitation.
- Ability to create and mentor real-time projects, guide learners through debugging, and demonstrate best practices in code quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-focused approach and the ability to support diverse skill levels.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), basic web performance and accessibility principles, and industry-relevant development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in front-end development.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in web development technologies is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and align training
