Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Leverage employee and candidate referrals to generate quality talent leads.
- Conduct process-specific talent mapping and headhunting for niche roles.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and successful joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.

Eligibility:

- Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing/completed MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, BA, B.Com, or equivalent.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
