We're Hiring: Collections Executive (Hospital Receivables & TPA) | AWC Technologies

Do you understand the world of hospital billing, TPA claims, and government healthcare scheme reimbursements (CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, ESI, Railways)? We're looking for someone who can own the complete receivables lifecycle — from claim submission to payment realization.

What you'll do

Track and follow up on claims across government and institutional panels

Manage outstanding receivables, ageing reports, and deductions

Resolve queries and deficiencies by coordinating with Billing, MRD, Nursing & Finance teams

Liaise directly with CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, ESI, and Railways offices

Reconcile payments against submitted claims and drive faster collections

What we're looking for

B.Com / M.Com

1-3 years of experience in Billing,



with at least 1 years specifically in Hospital Receivables & Collections Management (1+ years minimum in Billing/Hospital Receivables required)

Proficiency in HIS/ERP systems and MS Excel

Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
