JAGIL is in the process of establishing a robust IT infrastructure framework with infrastructure components and services split across two service providers – AzTech and JPL. To ensure seamless setup, governance, and operational continuity, JAGIL requires an experienced IT TOM Consultant to independently design and implement the necessary processes, technical architectures, and coordination frameworks across both entities. This is a hands-on, outcome-driven engagement requiring a self-starter who can navigate a dynamic multi-vendor environment and deliver structured outcomes within a 6-month window.

Key Responsibilities

PI (Continual Process Improvement) Design, document, and implement CPI processes tailored to JAGIL's infrastructure landscape. Identify process gaps across AzTech and JPL delivery models and recommend improvements. Establish metrics, KPIs, and review cadences to track process maturity over time. Drive adoption of standardised operating procedures across both service providers.

8+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in infrastructure management and IT operations.

Demonstrated experience in CPI / IT process design and implementation in a multi-vendor environment. Hands-on expertise in Information Security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar). Strong technical acumen across infrastructure domains: networking, cloud, servers, storage, and end-user computing.

Experience working with outsourced / managed service providers and managing SLAs. Proven ability to create technical design documents, SOPs, and governance frameworks independently. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – ability to interface with both technical and business audiences.

Other Requirements

Prior experience in financial services, BFSI, or enterprise infrastructure environments. Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework and service management best practices.

Relevant certifications: ITIL, CISM, CISSP, Azure/AWS, or equivalent.

Experience managing transitions or recent infrastructure setups in a greenfield/brownfield context.
