We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tour Consultant to handle clients from the GCC market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, a strong understanding of travel requirements, and the ability to provide personalized tour solutions to GCC customers.

The role involves handling enquiries, preparing itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle tour enquiries and customer communications from GCC markets.
- Communicate professionally with customers in Arabic and English through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with operations, hotels, transport providers and other internal teams.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, hotels, sightseeing and transportation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and bookings.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Develop strong relationships with GCC clients and travel partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of tourism, travel packages and destination services.
- Understanding of GCC customer expectations and travel preferences.
- Good negotiation, sales and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented and professional approach.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM or travel-related software.
- Previous experience in tourism, DMC, travel agency or hospitality is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience handling GCC / Middle East customers will be preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates with strong English proficiency are highly preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working with GCC clients through calls and digital communication are preferred.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
