Hospital Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented TPA Coordinator to manage insurance and TPA-related activities for hospitalized patients. The candidate will coordinate with patients, doctors, hospital departments, TPAs, and insurance companies to ensure smooth and timely processing of cashless and reimbursement claims.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with patients and their relatives regarding insurance and TPA procedures. Verify insurance policy details, eligibility, and required documents. Coordinate for cashless pre-authorization, approval, enhancement, and final discharge approval.

Prepare and submit required documents to TPAs and insurance companies. Collect and verify medical and insurance documents from the patient and hospital departments. Coordinate with doctors, billing, medical records, and other departments for claim-related requirements.

Follow up with TPAs/insurance companies regarding pending approvals, queries, and claim status. Handle and resolve insurance-related queries raised by TPAs or insurance companies. Ensure timely submission of complete claim files and supporting documents.





Maintain proper records of cashless and reimbursement cases. Coordinate with patients for reimbursement claim documentation after discharge, wherever required. Monitor pending cases and follow up regularly until closure.

Maintain professional communication with patients, TPAs, insurance companies, and hospital staff. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance/TPA procedures.

Required Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health insurance, TPA, cashless and reimbursement processes. Good documentation and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/email. Ability to handle multiple cases and follow-ups efficiently. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Previous experience in a hospital TPA/insurance department will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in hospital insurance/TPA coordination, medical claims, or billing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
