WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable TNPSC Trainers to train and mentor aspirants preparing for TNPSC Group 1, Group 2, Group 2A, Group 4 and other competitive examinations.
We are looking for trainers with strong knowledge in Tamil, History, Indian Polity, Geography, Economics, General Studies and related TNPSC subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented TNPSC coaching classes.
- Teach assigned subjects according to the latest TNPSC syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly in Tamil and/or English.
- Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Help students improve their accuracy, speed, and examination performance.
- Stay updated with TNPSC notifications, syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and interest in competitive exam coaching.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
