- Job Purpose

Team Member Process Excellence is responsible for data collection and rollout of HR Assurance framework, ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across HR processes through quick adoption of structured governance and assurance mechanisms as per the framework. A key part of this role involves supporting Unit HR Process Audits and Inter-Unit Audits to evaluate the maturity, consistency, and effectiveness of HR practices across business units. This role ensures to support and roll out governance framework and also to align HR operations with organizational policies, ethical standards, and strategic workforce priorities by implementing HR assurance frameworks for data quality, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.

Supporting Actions HR Data Collection and Consolidation -IAR Preparation

- Meeting clear timelines, to maintain data integrity and enable efficient consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of collected data with defined KPIs to support decision-making and performance benchmarking.
- Coordinate with Unit and Corporate HR teams for timely and accurate data submissions.

Assurance framework -support in creating awareness for Compliance at Unit and HO HR Level

- Create awareness and foster adoption of the HR Assurance Framework across Unit and Corporate HR teams.
- Monitor evolving compliance requirements as per the standard and frameworks and proactively update processes in line with leading practices. Like GRI/ BRSR, Ecovadis





Quantitative Reporting & Action plan

Drive for Digital

- Compile and analyze HR metrics across key functions such as Talent Acquisition, Performance, Rewards, Learning & Development, OE, ER, and Digital HR
- Support to present insights in a transparent, actionable format to enable data-driven decisions and corrective action planning at Unit HR and and BCOE level .

Digitalization of self-assessments parameter of HR KPI to evaluate HR process maturity, effectiveness, and compliance. Risk Identification & Mitigation

- Support team to conduct periodic self-assessments and inter-unit audits to evaluate HR process maturity, compliance levels, and operational effectiveness.
- Support HO Process Excellence team to facilitate unit-level audit activities to ensure alignment with defined standards and desired process maturity levels
- Identify potential compliance risks in routine and non-routine HR operations.
- Support in scalable process improvements and digital automation solutions to address risks or deviations.
- Support BCOE HR and IT to implement corrective actions and preventive controls that enhance transparency and process robustness.

- Continuously streamline data workflows using digital tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support in data-driven insights across HR verticals to support strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Support for data collection to establish digital dashboard in each HR process and vertical to manage and measure the effectiveness as per standard.
