- Teach English to students of middle and secondary classes as per the CBSE curriculum.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching-learning materials.

- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

- Conduct engaging classroom activities, discussions, presentations, debates, and literary activities.

- Assess students through class tests, assignments, projects, and examinations, and maintain academic records.

- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students wherever required.

- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline.

- Integrate technology and creative teaching methods into classroom instruction.

- Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, parent-teacher meetings,



and other academic activities.

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress, when required.

- Complete all assigned documentation and administrative responsibilities within stipulated timelines.

- Work collaboratively with the English Department and follow the academic policies and guidelines of the school.
