Job Title: Manual QA Engineer Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to support testing of AI-powered product features across desktop and mobile platforms. This role involves executing structured test plans, validating AI outputs, and assisting in data-driven evaluation workflows. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can operate independently, adapt to evolving requirements, and effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities ? Execute acceptance and regression test cycles on release candidate builds using existing test plans ? Perform manual validation of AI/LLM-driven features across desktop, web, and mobile environments ?

Run automation scripts/tools to generate or harvest test data, followed by evaluation and analysis ? Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps; collaborate with developers and automation engineers to verify fixes ? Review product specifications and test plans; identify gaps and create additional test cases where needed ?

Contribute to evaluation workflows for AI features, including qualitative and comparative analysis of outputs ? Set up and maintain Mac, Windows, and mobile test environments for install, upgrade,



and compatibility testing ? Create or adapt basic scripts or tooling (with or without AI assistance) to improve testing efficiency ?

Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders Required Qualifications ? 2?6 years of experience in software quality assurance / manual testing ? Hands-on experience executing test cases, reporting bugs, and validating fixes ? Strong understanding of bug lifecycle and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA or similar) ?

Experience with desktop and/or mobile application testing (iOS/Android); web testing is a plus ? Ability to read, understand, and enhance test plans and test cases ? Familiarity with test case management tools (nice to have) ?

Experience setting up and managing Mac, Windows, and/or mobile test environments ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a rapid-paced environment
