Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Territory Sales Executive with 2 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, medical devices, laboratory products, life sciences or healthcare.

The role involves regular field visits to pathologists, hospitals and diagnostic laboratories, developing new customers, promoting BioGenex products and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit pathologists, hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories regularly within the assigned territory.
- Promote BioGenex IHC, ISH, FISH and molecular pathology products.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, pathologists, lab managers and purchase teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BioGenex products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, product samples, demonstrations and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Application Support team for product demonstrations, validations and technical support.
- Develop new accounts and increase business from existing customers.
- Coordinate with distributors/channel partners for product availability and customer requirements.




- Maintain customer visit details, sales leads and follow-up records.
- Provide regular market and customer updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Work towards assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or a related field.
- 2 years of field sales/business development experience in diagnostics, pathology, laboratory products, medical devices, IVD, biotechnology or healthcare.
- Experience in IHC, Histopathology, Molecular Diagnostics or Laboratory Sales will be an added advantage.

Candidates currently working in Diagnostics, IVD, Pathology, Histopathology, Molecular Diagnostics, Laboratory Products, Medical Devices or Life Science Sales are preferred.
