About The Role The Business Development Manager Tender will be responsible for reviewing scope of work, navigating government procurement platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eproc, and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial bid proposals. The role involves engaging with government clients, identifying new tender opportunities, and ensuring timely submission of bids to secure government projects.

Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze tender documents and scope of work.

- Navigate and utilize platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eproc for tender opportunities.
- Draft, compile, and organize technical and commercial bid proposals.




- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required information.
- Ensure compliance with tender submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities in government sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend tender-related meetings.

Required Qualifications And Skills • Proven experience in tendering within the IT and government industry.

- Excellent understanding of government procurement platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eproc.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and proposal compilation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to review technical and commercial documents critically.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
