Hiring: Tender Engineer / Tender Executive – Civil Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Tender Engineer / Tender Executive to join our team and independently handle Government & Infrastructure Tenders from tender document review through final bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and analyse NIT, tender documents, specifications, BOQ and corrigendums.
- Check complete Technical & Financial Eligibility / Qualification Criteria.
- Prepare detailed PQ / Tender Qualification Analysis.
- Analyse Similar Work Experience, Turnover, Net Worth, Bid Capacity and Principal Item requirements.
- Understand and analyse JV / Consortium eligibility criteria, including Lead Partner and partner requirements.
- Review Experience Certificates, Completion Certificates, 3A Certificates and other qualification documents.
- Prepare Technical Bid, Compliance Sheet and Document Checklist.
- Prepare and coordinate affidavits, undertakings, declarations and other tender forms.
- Check EMD, BG, Performance Security, Solvency Certificate and EMD exemption requirements.
- Handle online tender submission through Government e-Procurement portals.




- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums and amendments.
- Coordinate with management, technical, accounts and project teams for required documents.
- Maintain proper records of tender documents, certificates and submitted bids.
- Identify eligibility gaps and documentation requirements before tender submission.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction / Infrastructure Tendering.
- Good understanding of Government Tendering and e-Procurement.
- Ability to independently read and interpret detailed tender documents.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PDF documentation.
- Valuable analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under strict tender submission deadlines.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Government Civil, Irrigation, Water Supply, Canal, Dam, Pipeline, Jal Jeevan Mission, PWD, WRD or Infrastructure Tenders will be preferred. Important: We are looking for a candidate who can independently perform Tender Eligibility Analysis, PQ/JV Qualification Analysis and complete Technical Bid Documentation, not just online tender uploading/submission.
