? Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads and existing customers
- Explain products, spare parts, and service offerings
- Maintain customer records and call logs
- Coordinate with sales and service teams

? Requirements:
- Fluent in Telugu (mandatory)
- Basic English or Hindi or Tamil communication skills
- Good phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
- Telecalling, customer support, or sales experience preferred
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree
