Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell industrial equipment products.

- Provide product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers via phone or video conferencing.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related field (industrial equipment industry preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.Com., etc.).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting purposes.
