We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader to manage a team of Sales Executives and drive Business Loan sales and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

-Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to login, approval, and disbursement.

-Monitor team productivity, performance, and conversion ratios.

-Coach the team on sales pitching, objection handling, and closures.

-Prepare and analyze MIS and sales reports using MS Excel.

-Manage shrinkage, absenteeism, and team productivity.

-Drive attrition control, employee engagement, and retention.

-Ensure quality sourcing, process adherence.
